Guest July Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I am not getting updates for my computer from Microsoft Windows Update website and I cannot start the Background Intelligence Transfer service ---it gives me the error that the file cannot be found. Also, I have Adobe Design Premium and my AcroPro.msi file is missing. also every time I try to OPEN ANY KIND OF FILE OR FOLDER OF ANY KIND by right clicking I get a message from windows installer that "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "AcroPro.msi" in the box below. Then it say Use source: D:\DOCUME~1\Jannie\LOCALS~1\Temp\Adobe Acrobat 8.0\ and it has another source too-D:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Setup Files\{AC76BA86-1033-F400-7760-000000000003}\ but when I click OK for both sources I get an error that the file "-" is not a valid installation package for the product Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional-English,Francais, Deutsch. Try to find the installation package "AcroPro.msi" in a folder from which you can install Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional- English,Francais, Deutsch. July Quote
