Destop Background

We are connected to windows server 2003 R2. On the server machine there is a

folder called "Destop" which should be used to deisplay one destop image on

all machines connected. we had apicture up is ran perfectly, however I

replace the image in the "destop" folder after which we only got a blue

background, why is that. I though that maybe the resolution was too high as

indeed in was, I took in down to 1024X768 and no luck. please help
