combining services

I usually split up services as much as possible

but now the servers are getting more powerfull than strictly necessary for

the job to do

so I was thinking of using the file server as web server also, more specific

as a sharepoint services server

is this a smart thing to do or not?

the service is strictly for LAN only so not exposed to the big bad internet

it is a quad core Xeon with 4GB ram and windows 2003 standard 64 bit OS

this for about 150 users in total
