Media Player 11

Hello folks,

Having a problem with subject application. For the most part it simply does

not work. On rare occasions it seems to kick in for a time then a re-start

later and it is off. There may be some connection between this problem and

Adobe Photoshop CS2 but this is unclear.

There was an update in 2007 from the original Vista version of Media Player

therefore I can not use the setup program to repair or reinstall. Does

anyone know which upgrade this was so that possibly removing it will allow

for reinstallation of Media Player 11 which is what event viewer recommends

for this error.

Any help on removing the update or otherwise solving this problem would be

appreciated. Am currently running an OEM version of Vista Ultimate.
