Windows 2003/2000 overall performance monitoring/benchmarks, monit

Hi,

What is everyone using to get stats on overall server performance,

benchmarks, and server monitoring?

I like SiteScope quite a bit but it isn't in the budget. The windows

perfmon is Ok but just not great. I am trying to look at stats on some

servers to figure out why some applications are running slow or should I say

servers. We have some sql apps, oracle db based apps, citrix servers, and

some others. I want to just find a decent app that will give me an idea of

if the hardware is getting maxed out or if it is just the app slowing down,

any idea, suggestions, web links, pointers, whatever you got, I will take it,
