Broodmdh Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I am completely new to Server 2008 (and this sort of thing in general), and I'm having some trouble. I'm trying to set up a share that is available to everyone on the network (wired or wireless) without forcing them to sign in (so guests will have access to it without resorting to a guest account. Security issues aside (nothing of real value will be stored here), is there an easy way to set this up? Alternatively, if this would allow malicious people a relatively easy backdoor into the rest of the system, how can I set up a general-use account for everyone to see the share? Thanks for the help.
