I am using Win XP professional edition.

I used to send pictures, and resize them, from Windows Explorer

(selecting the pictures, File, Send To, Mail Recipient).

I always then got the options to resize them (make files smaller), or not.

Now, all of a sudden, this does not work anymore. Yes, I can still send

them, but only in the original size.

How come?

TIA

Roger.

Roger, try going to WinExplorer>MyPictures>select the photo you want to

send. Then in the left column under File and Folder Tasks choose email this

file. See if the Send pictures via email Dialogue box opens.

Hi Rich,

Thanks, but I solved the problem following this advice:

""""""

==================

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

Go to...Start / Run and type

(or copy/paste):

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"

(without the quotes)(Yes, there's

a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
