WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE IT SAYS CANT INSTALL

 

EXACT ERROR

 

" THE WINDOWS INSTALLER SERVICE COULD NOT BE ACCESSED

THIS CAN OCCUR IF YOU ARE RUNNING WINDOWS IN SAFE MODE. OR IF THE WINDOWS

INSTALLER IS NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED CANTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSONNEL FOR

ASSISTANCE. "

Please don't use all caps.

 

Assuming that you really are NOT in safe mode (does your screen say

"safe mode" at the top?), see
