i have a windows xp os and everytime i plug in a USB device in one of the

ports it telll me that is not recognize or and error message cames up.

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the USB HUB device(s),

Action menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers

again automatically.

You can do as Mark said , Though if you don't want to restart your computer

as suggested ? You can hightlight your computer name and then select

"Action" , then "Scan for hardware changes" at which time windows will

reload the devise , Either way will work
