I am trying to get chat support from symantic....for the 3rd time in 3 days

hehe. And today windows won't allow the support chat to install, it starts I

click run, then the windows starts to prepare setup then everything stops.

I'm not stupid, I'm just in new territory when trying to fix my own pc

problems

If you are behind a router, there may be some problem with using the Windows

Firewall (a service that is listed in 'services.msc'). Look at eventvwr.msc

also. You might find an error message to give you a hint.
