I have installed RockN Editor using my admin account in XP. It does run

properly. In my non-admin account the program does not seem to run. In the

task manager I can see the program momentarily appear and then disappear.

The vendor categorically says his program should run under all accounts. Do I

have a problem?

try giving you non-admin account full control permissions on the program folder

if it works for administrator and doesn't work for non-admin accounts then

the problem is permissions somewhere.

When you ran the install did you have the option to select All Users or Only This

User? Try uninstalling/reinstalling the app and if you do not see the option either

Cancel or use the Back button to select Custom installation.

Go to start/run, and type:
