Whenever I right click on a document or spreadsheet in Explorer (XP SP2)

there is an interminable delay. The file doesn't have to be large. This is a

new phenomenon. How do I rectify it?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:

Right-click is extremely slow only when Network is enabled:

Right click crashes Explorer.exe after installing Windows XP SP2?:
