I get this message time I start Outlook Express for newsgroups:

"There are new newsgroups. Do you want to read them now?"

How would I turn this message off permanently?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

if you click on "OK" then that message goes away until the next time there

are new newsgroups - may be once or twice a month, depending on your news

server....

actually, you might subscribe

to the o.e. newsgroup and post

your question there...
