Moving TS licenses from one server to another

Hello!

 

We have 2 servers (1 terminal server and 1 main server).

Both have windows 2000 server sp4.We're changing the main server with a new

one.

We're going to install windows 2000 server on new one also.Both servers are

DC in a single domain.

On the main server there's a terminal services licensing server running with

10 licenses(TSCALs).

My question is how can i move these licenses from the old server to the new

one?

    Yannis,

     

    Yes you cna move the licenses, but you will ahve to call in to reactivate

    them. Check out the following article:

    It is essentially a reinstall with reactivation.
