Hi Experts,

I've installed AOL and Yahoo Instant Messenger awhile back, but both have a

behavior where they install themselves into every user's account. So when

other users log into their accounts the AIM and YIM initiation screen pop up

and it's very annoying to users who don't use those IMs.

How can i deinstall programs from other users' accounts while keeping them

accessible in mine?

Thanks,

GettingByOk

Take them out of the All Users startup folders, or the HKEYLocalMachine

registry sections (HKLM).

And check the support sites for those apps! It's likely that others there

have dealt with the same problems.
