Open files getting skipped during NTBACKUP

Hi,

I am trying to backup data using NT Backup from a win2K3 Server

SP2.Eventhough it is telling that backup started using volume shadow

copy,later many files are shown as missed in the log as they are

open.Any one knows why this happens inspite of shadowcopy is used.

long ago and after many sleepless nights,

it became evident that the ntbackup

was a "piece of cr*p".

however, "peace of mind" was achieved

when i discovered a freeware called

"driveimage xml" and it proved to be

reliable and successful.

but there are others, like

acronis true image, etc.
