February 7, 200718 yr FPCH Admin Restart after shutdown could be a setting in the bios. 100% cpu usage could be a program that is starting up. AV will lock up sometimes, but, since this is a clean install you probably do't have an AV installed yet. Look in Task Manager to see what process is taking up the CPU. February 7, 200718 yr Author Ok I went to the bios but there was no option for shut down...? Just 3 choices Ext pointing device set at auto then legacy usb support set at enable last parrellel port set at ecp.
