Then I feel Microsoft is screwing the consumers ' date=' I don't believe I will be buying Vista , You would have to be nuts to buy Vista under those conditions[/quote'] according to the vista blog they have changed the eula to say you can uninstal and reinstall the os on any computer. reactivation is less strict as well, generally needing a mobo or hdd upgrade to trigger it, and i believe they said they were allowing 10 acctivations before you need to call ms. this is all subject to change, i'd not worry until the os is out on the store shelves.
