Xp And Cd-rw

Good Morning,

 

I am supposed to introduce myself here I believe. Well, I am no Geek, I find out ways to do things on my computer as I need to do them. That is the way I grow computerwise.

 

So I do have a problem. That is why I am here.

 

As you can see in the title, I can copy files using CD-R but cannot use CD-RW

 

Also I have an old Quicken 6 program, In the program, it has a place to backup files, sends you to E Drive but when I try to use it, says it cannot read E.

 

Samsung CD-R/RW SW-252F [CD-ROMDRIVE] AND XP
