This is my first time at this website and i need help with my computer?

First off, my computer is a Packard Bell hard drive

Secondly, my computer needs to have the Microsoft Product Key Identification number from my (Certificate of Authenticity) entered into those five boxes below in the question provided by Windows 98 Setup screen, i don't know how to enter my Product Key ID# correctly into those five boxes in order to setup properly

Anyone ever have this stipulation?

How do i enter my product key id# into those five boxes correctly, so that i can setup my computer and return to internet searches and so on?
