Having Problems with Runner Errors

Hi Y'all.... i have been having trouble with runner errors popping up when i turn my pc on. If someone can give me a direction to go to figure out how to correct the problem. One of the 5 error pop ups is:

 

dll(C:\Program Files\BackWeb\BackWeb Client\6.2.3.66L\BackWeb.dll.error code

 

I cant list the others they have they do not us the alphabet. So is there any help for me. lol
