Hi Everyone

My problem is as follows:

1. I have Fast User Switching (FUS) turned on.

2. I am logged on as user A. Someone else is logged on as B.

3. I click Start, Logoff, Switch User (or perhaps just use the Windows

key + L) (or CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click Switch User on the Shut

Down menu in Task Manager).

4. I get to the Welcome screen that shows the list of users known to

the OS.

5. I click on the icon for a different user, (say) user C.

6. Instead of logging on to user C's desktop, I stay at the Welcome

screen.

This happens if there are two users logged onto the machine. You can

switch between A and B, but any other user can't log-on. Also, more

often than not if either user logs-off completely, the damn thing hangs.

I've found a rare few related posts, but nothing concrete. I would be

extremely grateful for any help.

Cheers
