I use Outlook 2003 at work which I can manage pretty well with but on my laptop has Outlook 2002 and within it I am pretty much lost.

I managed to create and import a few .pst files from work onto my laptop. The problem is that each import created new entries for all appointments and contacts. I do not see an option during import to replace entries with imported information. Now I have a bunch of redundant entries in Contacts and the Calendar in the Outlook 2002 on my laptop.

The .pst I create from work is complete and up to date, so what I would like to do is delete all entries on the laptop but I don't see how to do that in Outlook 2002. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
