Good Afternoon Everyone,

 

I have tried unsuccessfully to reset my Microsoft scanning presets to allow me to scan legal size documents. I have sought out the help box and followed the instructions to a letter. However, the page selection will not allow me to change the size of the scanned document from letter to legal size.

 

Will someone please help me ASAP!!!

I guess we would need a little more info here. Like which program are you using, which printer... have you changed the paper type in the properties dialog... I guess what I'm saying is I need some more specifics if you could.
