Hello everyone,

I am trying to figure out why my system keeps rebooting on its own and powers back up with this message:

"SATA Primary hard disk drive 0 failure" Strike F1 key to continue, F2 to run setup utility.

I ran a HD test from the BIOs splash screen and it passed along with a succesful defrag. I have ran both my Norton and AVG virus programs along with my spy programs too.

I am using a Dell XPS Gen 2 with the following config:

Intel Pentium 4 3.2Ghz (800FSB) 1MB cache CPU

Kingston Hyper X 512MB Dual channel DDR 433Mhz mem

MSI Nvidia Geforce FX 5600 256MB DDR AGP 8X video

Seagate 160GB 7200RPM 8MB buffer SATA Hard drive w/ Native Command Queuing

S&B Audigy 2 ZS 7.1 sound card w/ IEEE 1394

480W Dual Fan power supply

Window XP PRO SP2

Thx,

Blue
