Posted June 1, 200519 yr I have this laptop that I think has a virus. Here are the symptons. Windows XP home When you login too ANY account "windows Explorer" doesnt run. No networking is running. I can NOT end any process that is running (with taskmanager). The computer has been renamed to "Folder". I can NOT run Norton that is on the system. I CAN run regedit but that is it. What can I do beside reformat??? I need the data off this system.
