pumas10 Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 Hey guys, new to the board but hoping somebody could help me out. Dont know too much about computers but have done a bit of research on this. This morning i turned on my computer to receive a cmos/gpnv checksum bad error.. now ive heard if you cant access the time and date change menu you may need a new moherboard.... but i am ale to access this, i am even able to log on normally but after about 3 minutes my computer just shuts off and i get the same error again..... any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys Quote
