Hello,

I have Win Xp with 2 hard drives. My fist HD is a SATA and that shows up as drive C: It is recognized as secondary Master. My second HD (my old one) is a UDMA connected to either the primary IDE or the secondary IDE connnector either as master or slave. It either does not show up at all, or I get the windows blue screen. I got a "Western Digital Data Lifeguard Tools" CD with my SATA, but when I load it, I get a "corrupted file" error msg. How can a commmercial disk have corrupted files?
