when i try to play battlefield vietnam my game just goes off

no error message or anything, it goes off just before the loading screen and returns to my desktop, i have no idea whats wrong with it so i hope someone does

are you overclocking at all? sometimes that can cause the game to crash to desktop. though it doesn't sound quite like a heat issue if you don't even get a chance to play.

 

have you updated to the latest version? is this a fresh install of the game? and how old are your graphics drivers?

well i had my game working last week but for some reason it has gone off, i'v reinstalled it loads and it still doesnt work it doesnt really matter about the patch because it wont even let me play singleplayer nevermind multiplayer

in most cases the patch will fix single player problems as well as mp problems. it's worth a shot i should think.

i have just downloaded the patch again but it still wont work :'(
