00100b Posted May 10, 2004 Posted May 10, 2004 Greetings. I'm currently trying to bridge two network segments using a Cisco 2611 router. I have FastEthernet/0 set up with one IP address for the 201 subnet (###.###.201.249). I have FastEthernet/1 set up with one IP address for the 202 subnet (###.###.202.249). I am using EIGRP routing and have the Network defined as (###.###.0.0). From the 201 subnet: I can ping the 201.249 and 202.249 I cannot ping any of the static IPs on the 202 subnet From the 202 subnet: I can ping 202.249 but get Request Time Out 201.249. I'm more than likely making a very stupid mistake here somewhere. Could you provide me with some guideance? Thank you, 00100b Quote

00100b Posted May 17, 2004 Author Posted May 17, 2004 Actually, I'm quite embarrassed to say that it was a fubar on my part. All of the servers and workstations on the 202 subnet had a default gateway of 250 and not 249, so they didn't know where to send the responses to. Quote
