Posted January 16, 200421 yr I've had this problem for the past 2 or 3 days, everytime I start up IE I get a memory error (see pic). I'm running Windows XP Pro with IE 6 I've done all of the updates Uninstalled the Google Search bar Ran 2 Spy\Adware finding apps Removed and added IE again But nothing seems to have helped, I do not get the error when I use the file explorer only when I use the Internet Explorer. January 16, 200421 yr FPCH Admin You've got a bad stick of ram or your ram isn't seated correctly. I had the same problem and had a hard time finding the problem. After doing the same thing you did I opened the case and one of the sticks of ram was just slightly unseated. After reseating the ram the problem went away. Another Forum - Unlike the Rest
