Hi

 

I have been asked to look into what the best way to stream video would be. I'm looking to stream it as close to real time as possible through a broadband line. I would like to have it the same speed and quality as CSPAN web broadcast.

 

Anybody with any ideas please post them

I think I found what I needed, Windows Media Services. But I still have one problem now, the encoder let's me do this:

Client connects to Computer with Camera

but I need to do it like this:

Computer with camera sends to server, Client Connects to Server

It seems like Windows Media Services 9 does that but it only comes with Windows 2003, could anybody sheed some light on this for me please.
