Unable to delete the second junk folder in mail app, don't get an option to delete it.

Original Title: Second Junk folder appears in Mail app

 

 

In the Windows 8.1 Mail app I see a second Junk folder that I cannot delete. This second Junk folder is not visible in Outlook.com or on my Windows Phone. All Junk emails go to the other folder visible in Outlook.com and my phone.

 

 

How can I delete this second folder from the Mail app? When I select it and click on manage folder, I do not get an option to delete it.

Usually right click and delete but we are unclear if this is Cloud email or Windows LIve? Can you please clarify.
