Windows store not working

Hi,

 

 

Windows store not starting / loading ....

 

 

1. It showing only loading...

2. I have tried the following apps.diagcab http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/4/F24D0C03-4181-4E5B-A23B-5C3A6B5974E3/apps.diagcab . It showing the below "you are not connected to the internet" but system connected with internet.
