I just bought a brand new laptop (HP Envy 15) just now. After I logged in to my account, I switched to my sister's account. But then the screen turned purplish blue with "please wait" written in the middle. I tried pressing a lot of buttons but nothing happened. I have been waiting for 2 hours now.

    Probably just a random occurrence, just hold down the power button for more than 4 seconds until it shuts down then start it up again.
