Guest SherylRanee Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 I was trying to print from my laptop and it won't let me. Network problems I think. The message says that the generic pnp driver may be corrupt. I have tried to fix this by trying to find a download or to remove and reinstall. No such luck. It isn't a huge issue, but would like it resolved. There are no free sites to scan computer and suggest fixes...I am not going to pay for this. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
