Windows update keeps trying to install Service pack 1 on my PC Windows7 Ultimate X64

 

 

I'm getting the error message WindowsUpdate_80004004" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

 

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue. I've turned off update for now.
