After login says I'm on a preliminary account and nothing can be saved

Original Title: ASUS have no recovery, win 8 or win 8RT

 

 

disc, usb, media utility for every time I open my S200E it's blue screen I can login but it says I'm on a preliminary account and nothing can be saved. ASUS confirms this on their web site. I asked for solution and they just said send it in. I bought almost a year ago and I find simply Amazing that Microsoft can have an agreement without guarantee of recovery. No recovery disc for this version it says on ASUS supporter. Very arrogant both from the support from Microsoft and ASUS. I don't know what to do I can use my laptop but e3verything is upside and I bought it because I need it every day.

 

 

Straight answers please from Microsoft and ASUS

 

 

You can't boot, use usb nothing

 

I'd rather work win 7 if possible anything

 

Can't go to the store to find my apps still I get these ridiqulouis propersitions upgrade to win 8.1. Oh they've runned that a million times still don't work.

 

The many complains tender to leads like an unfinnished product
