Hi;

 

I am using windows 8 from long time

 

but now suddenly I faced this problem

 

 

my problem is :

 

when I start the pc I cannot sign in

 

Not that: I never set a password or another profile

 

I was using it with out password

 

now it will ask to click on user profile for loading it

 

but it will sign out automatically

 

 

Not also: I cannot use the safe mode

 

and I cannot shutdown from the pc or use anything

You can try by enabling the built in Administrator to disable everything in startup:

Step 1: To enable built-in administrator account follow these steps:

 

1. Insert the Windows 8 Disc.
   
2. Click on "Repair your Computer".
   
3. Click on "Advanced Startup Options".
   
4. Click on "Command Prompt."
   
5. Type: "net user administrator /active: yes" and hit "enter" on your keyboard
   

Now go Alt,Ctrl, Del 3 times and choose "startup" and disable everything there and reboot.

If it works then add back slowly until you find the culprit.

 

Note: Please follow the same steps and type net user administrator /active: no to disable admin account after the troubleshooting is done.
