How to remove www.default-search.net from IE

Hi,

I have IE 11 on my machine. from last few days I can see my default page of IE is set to "www.default-search.net", even if I removed from staring page, it still fecth when I start IE again. I also tried to repair the IE but the same issue.. it's really not goood... can anyone help. How I can set default page like Bing or google?
