Move data from Outlook 2002 on an XP Computer

I have data synced to Outlook 2002 SP3 on an XP computer from an HP iPAQ hx2790b. I would like to discontinue use of the iPAQ and the XP and move the data from Outlook 2002 to somewhere more accessible, possibly even the cloud or at least my Windows 7 laptop. Does Outlook SP3 run on Windows 7? Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.
