Completely disable ease of access center while playing a game

I want to be able to completely disable all of the ease of access center while I'm playing a game that relies on the same keys that activates the ease of access center. For example, if I repeatedly press the SHIFT key, which might be a JUMP action in a first-person shooter, it tries to activate StickyKeys. Or, if I press and hold SHIFT, which might be the throttle in a racing simulator, it tries to open up FilterKeys. In such cases it is annoying. Is there any way to completely disable all of it so it doesn't interfere with the main focus, such as the game?
