$RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information found on Drive D

Hello Microsoft,

 

Can you help me? I found $RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information folder on my drive D. Also I found $RECYCLE.BIN System Volume Information, bootmgr, hiberfil.sys, BOOTNXT, pagefil.sys in my drive C. I tried deleting the two folders in drive D but it cant e deleted. Is this a virus malware? Is my laptop infected by virus. Please help. How can I remove this? or is it supposed to be removed?
