I have 2 winlogon.exe running. Is it a Virus or Malware? (Windows 8.1)

I have 2 winlogon.exe running, I see both of them running when I click on the "Details Tab". Is this a problem? I know you're not supposed to have 2 running in most cases, but when I go to properties of the files, they were both created at the same time, on the same day and are the same size. Both are located in C:\Windows\System32 and when I click "Open file location" they lead to the exact same file. I also have 3 csrss.exe running.

 

 

Some Info:

 

-I have run scans with both Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and AVG Antivirus, and both scans came up clear of any infections.

 

-I only have one user on this PC.

 

-I am running Windows 8.1.

 

-Computer is really new (2 days old).

 

 

So do I have a problem? Any help is much appreciated. :)
