Problem completing installation of windows 7 on a clean drive, creates blue screen.

I purchased a new hard drive and planned to clean-install Windows 7 on it. It goes great until it gets to completing installation and then a blue screen appears. i am unsure as to way it happen, but I cannot finish an install on my new drive. Please help.
