I noticed a few applications on my desktop that i didnt recognise so i uninstalled them & they kept coming back, i did a essentials full scan, it came back with nothing, checked defender firewall & that was off & I couldnt turn it back on. So I downloaded SpyHunter4 it did a full scan & came back wilth over 1000 problems, so I also downloaded AVG 2014 (1 month free trial) .. some were false positives but there was alot of Trojans, Malware, Adware & something called "EVil" or "EVL" & I aslo downloaded Microsoft Malicious Removal & it didnt pick up anything!!

 

I then did another Essentials Scan & this time it picked up some Viruses. During the evening I am sure I seen " Essentials & Defender " on one of the AVG scan reports, Essentials is now working ok & Defender is under AVG control.

 

Then today I had a blue wall .. i am concerned & dont know what else to do as my PC had its Hard Drive replaced earlier this year by Acer UK & it took nearly a month as they sent it back with a snapped off leg & screws loose inside it.

 

I tried emailed Mictosoft tonight & had an automatic reply saying to post on here.

 

Can anyone help me??
