I do not have 'Programs' in my Control Panel

I recently lost 'Freecell' from my computer. (XP Home Edition) It was because I purchased 'Grimefighter' from Avast! I searched on this site how to reinstall it and was stumped at the first hurdle. You suggest 'Start/Control Panel/Programs/etc' but I do not have an icon for 'Programs' (Phone, Power Options and Printer are the only 'P' icons I have.) So I am stuck.

Any other suggestions how to re-install Freecell please. I miss it!
