DW WLan Peernet problem

Hi there. I've a Dell N4010 Inspiron Laptop. It has the DW Wlan 1501 card. It has this amazing option to act as a wifi hotspot (through PeerNetwork). This option worked flawlessly for years. But now I'm having a hard time with this thing. When I use the Start Peer Network option, the icon turns yellow. When I try to connect my phone, for a moment it says A New Peer has joined. But as soon as the "Obtaining IP address" thing comes, the service wltray.exe turns off (shuts down and restarts). I have tried connecting my Nokia and Samsung phones but it is not working. The channel I'm using is 11 and the DHCP Server IP address is 192.168.16.1. I tried reinstalling the card but it didn't help. Please help me with this.
