My laptop had an error and required a refresh. After this all works perfectly but the Activation Key for Windows has disappeared and I am having trouble with updates reversing constantly and a prompt coming up asking for an Activation Key. Microsoft via phone could not help as no Activation Key. Computer Manufacturer cannot supply me with one either. Any steps I can take to get the activation key info????
