Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

on-line error message "riskware detected in file apcrtldr.dll. Access to file blocked"

I "googled" the file and learned that it has to do with "music/toolbar". I have not knowingly downloaded that nor could I find it listed in the Control Panel "uninstall/install" options. Likewise, I could not find the apctldr.dll find in a general search of the hard drive.

The problem is severely annoying but seems not to prevent me doing anything. The annoyance is that there is a series of 2 pop-ups, the first requires me to choose to block the riskware. A second popup then requires to choose between losing it or getting more details.

This process can come up as frequently as every minute or so.

HELP!!!!!
